Elaine has been a Realtor since 1976, and has

and development. Elaine has also held a general
contractor's license since 1979. With her extensive
background in both real estate and development,

Keith Haynes, Realtor/Manager
Keith has been a Realtor since 1998 and has
consistently been a top producer in both listings
and sales. Keith's success can be attributed to his
personality, sincerity and thorough understanding of
all aspects of the real estate transaction. Keith's
ability to negotiate on behalf of his clients has
brought him repeat and referral business. In
addition to being Sales Manager for Heritage Realty,

Kathleen Gentry, Realtor
Kathleen began her career in Clear Lake California,
after relocating to Paso Robles Kathleen joined our
team in 2004. Kathleen is dedicated to her clients
and diligently works hard to find them the home of
their dreams. Kathleen and her husband, Brian live
on a 20 acre ranchette where they enjoy entertaining
family and friends as well as tending to their
animals. When time allows, they also love to ride
their Harley or attend Pantera Car Club events as
well as taking their annual road trip to Las Vegas.

Kristy Kavanagh, Realtor
Kristy began working at Heritage Realty as
Administrative Assistant, until obtaining her real
estate license. Kristy enjoys her new career as a
Realtor and is known for going beyond the call of
duty to assist clients. Kristy's personality,
quality service and tenacity in helping her clients
achieve their goals has brought her many compliments

Background: Libby Garrity better known as Libby,
Libby, Libby has recently joined our team of
professional Realtors. Libby began her real estate
career 30 years ago in Thousand Oaks and has been an
active Realtor in the Paso Robles area since the
early 80's. Libby has two grown sons and six
grandchildren, all of whom she is very proud of.
Libby is quite active with the Paso Robles Elks
Lodge and is also a memeber of The Red Hat Society.

Robert Martinez, Realtor
Prior to joining the Heritage Realty team, Robert
worked in the mortgage lending business locally in
Paso Robles. This past experience has proven to be
of assistance to him as he can help direct his
clients to lenders that are best suited for their
particular mortgage needs. Robert enjoys working
with buyers to find the home that they will enjoy
for many years to come. Robert and his wife Amy have
two sons and Robert is quite active in Paso Robles
youth sports coaching both football and wrestling as
